Benjamin Gabbard death, Obituary, fatal Lexington, Kentucky crash

Benjamin Gabbard, aged 48, of Winchester, Kentucky, tragically lost his life in a two-vehicle collision early Thursday morning near the intersection of Athens Boonesboro Road and Doe Run in Lexington. The accident, which took place shortly before 1 a.m., resulted in his death at the scene.

A second person involved in the crash was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Lexington police confirmed that road closures in the vicinity lasted until just before 5 a.m. as investigators worked to clear the area.
